RULES AND INFO:

-You may nominate anyone you like, however you may not nominate yourself. 

-Nominees must NOT already be registered for VO Atlanta.

-ALL nominees must be VACCINATED and will be required to show PROOF of vaccination in order to attend. 

-Submission forms must be completely filled out. Any missing information will disqualify that nomination. 

-THREE (3) scholarships are available.

-Each recipient will receive ONE (1) general admission ticket to the conference and lodging for ONE (1) person for the duration of the convention.

-Lodging will be provided at one of the partner hotels associated with VO Atlanta and will be chosen based upon availability.

-Recipients must provide their own TRANSPORTATION to and from the convention and at any time during the convention as needed. 

-These awards have NO cash value and winners may not exchange tickets and/or lodging for cash. 

-You may remain anonymous however we do need all of the info filled out on the form. 

-Recipients will be chosen by committee based on the information provided at the time of submitting.
